日本の公共図書館がどのように利用されているかを、一般の人向けに日本語の見やすい資料にまとめてください。公的機関の統計を調べ、図書館数・利用や貸出の推移など、比較できる指標を選んで10〜12ページ程度にしてください。数字の定義と対象年度をそろえ、比較できない部分や分からないことは明記してください。グラフ、比較表、図解、背景や挿絵を使い、落ち着いた編集誌のようなデザインにしてください。事実と考察を分け、出典URL・統計の年度・調査日を載せてください。写真や素材は利用条件を確認できるもの、またはオリジナルの図版を使ってください。PDFとHTMLで仕上げてください。
